Order Processing
We take great care in preparing every order with the attention it deserves.
- Standard items are processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order pieces vary by design — some are ready within 7 business days, while others may require 2–3 weeks of production time. You will receive a personalized email with your estimated delivery details once your order has been processed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery window. Standard orders can also be tracked directly on the Canada Post website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
